All services are delivered within 24-48hrs of booking, (some within 24hrs). Rush orders are available same-day (before 6pm) and next day (9am). *Bookings must be between 9am-12pm for same day delivery.

Yes. We offer 2 inclusive packages, The Standard and The Signature, that will suit any listing. Only need one or two things? Our a-la-carte menu is fully customizable for a more tailored experience.

Yes. Saturdays, based on availability, and a slightly higher rate for orders less than $250. Yes, we like Saturdays too. 

The show must go on. We want you to get your listing live just as much as your client does. We take care of the interior media and will get at least one image of the exterior so you have enough content to get your listing live, on time. We will return as soon as the weather improves, (which can sometimes be the same day) or the following day. We will then add any missing media to your media manager account and notify you as soon as it’s ready for you to update your listing.

That’s a big 10-4. We know Anything can happen. We are fully insured and operate with an Advanced RPAS certificate from Transport Canada. Yes, We’re also nerds.

Appointment length depends on a few factors. Things like size of the home, and type of media that has been ordered. Our “The Standard” package takes approximately 1hr for a home less than 1500sq/ft. Typically we add an additonal 30min for every additional 500-750sq/ft of home
